Returns

To be eligible for a return, buyers are advised to first contact us for assistance. Any item(s) purchase from us will be entitled a refund for with the the terms below :

1. Incorrect size and dimension.

2. Incorrect quantity.

However, buyers are advised to ensure the returned product matches the basic requirement for a smoother refund process.

1. Item is unused, within received conditions. 

2. Original packaging still attached.

3. Purchased Invoice.

4. Within 3 Days after goods were received.

5. You will have 3 working days to return an order.

While there’s what we might reject your request, if : 

1. You have ordered wrong dimension / size / product

2. Unavoidable natural imperfection ( Slightly different color, +/- dimension/size different with millimeter-mm)

3. Unrelated damages to the goods.  

4. We did not receive the returned goods within the period. 

Exchange and Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your item after inspection verification procedures.

If your return is approved, we will then contact you further to allow you for an exchange for items that are of equivalent value or keep as a future purchase with us, or even a refund.

Should a refund be issued, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unavoidable “Natural-imperfection”

Since we are sawmilling natural resources to a highly potential material, and all product are man-sawed with no computerised assist, the finished product may contain one or more “natural-imperfection” that buyer may be spotted for example like :

1. Different colors between each product.

2. Slightly different dimension/size with (+/- plus minus within mm)

3. bow: a warp along the length of the face of the wood

4. crook: a warp along the length of the edge of the wood

5. kink: a localized crook, often due to a knot

6. cup: a warp across the width of the face, in which the edges are higher or lower than the center of the wood

7. twist or wind: a distortion in which the two ends do not lie on the same plane. Winding sticks assist in viewing this defect.

Buyer are advised to understand that wood may happen some imperfection like above from time to time, change of environment temperature, storing location, incorrect usage method.
